Nice Brioche, and fresh apple on the nose. In the glass, the wine emits fine bubbles in a nice steady stream. Limestone gives the wine much needed clear, crisp minerality which perfectly balances out the beautiful, and ripe fruit. Apricots and delicious citrus fruits come to mind. Mouth watering acidity and clean, lingering finish tops off the experience. A beauty!
