Melon d'Arbois is a native white grape varietal somewhat similar to Chardonnay. The result is a lovely Jura white boasting pear and white flesh stone fruits with minerality to spare. It is like a Super-fresh Sauvignon. Pale lemon it starts with an incredibly citric nose (lemon, grapefruit & concentrated lime). It's slightly metallic (steely) & quite grassy also. Crisp Granny Smith crunchy green apple. Youthful. Bone dry with super high acidity, very fresh with good weight. Grassy again with lemon sherbet medium body.
