Domaine de la Mandeliere was created in 1979 with less than 1 hectare by Robert Nicolle and Josette Laroche, who's families have winemaking history in the village of Fleys where they are located. Now with 20 hectares and the help of their son Charly, they are continuing to put love into making classic Chablis that are both fresh and vibrant, but also rich on the mid-palate. This vintage is full of ripe apricot, citrus blossom, and green apple on the nose that leads into a palate that is full with a bit of salty minerality and a clean finish. This wine is ready to drink now and we recommend you do just that!
