A certified organic Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna, This is a big bubbly italian who smells of roses ripe dark fruit. Our driest Lambrusco, this wine pairs well with foods rich in umami. At the tasting it shows a beautiful ruby red, with lively vegetal scents, berries, wet earth and undergrowth. In the mouth reveals a marked acidity, supported by medium-structured tannins and body.
