A unique hybrid of Sierra Beauty apples macerated for 24 hours then co-pressed with Albarino grape pomace. The apples were sourced from Filigreen Farm, a Demeter-certified biodynamic farm in Philo, Anderson Valley, where Chris and Stephanie Tebbutt tend heirloom and heritage varieties. They were harvested in August - October 2017. The Albarino grapes come from Wentzel Vineyard, located in Philo as well. The blend enhances characteristics of both components; the Albarino brings aromatics, sweetness, acid and a unique phenolic structure. The Sierra Beauty brings its crisp, clean mid-tone texture, and dynamic flavor. Made with spontaneous yeast fermentation. 6.4% alcohol. Unfined and unfiltered, no preservatives added. 80 cases produced. Organic
