Medium on the body with a touch of minerality, citrus, and floral!
Both the Gewurztraminer (Alsace) and the Sauvignon Blanc (Loire) were macerated on their skins for 3 weeks and the Sylvaner was direct press. There was no fining, filtering, or SO2 added during any phase of winemaking.
