75% Riesling, 15% Pinot Gris, , 10% Sauvignon Blanc
Heavy on the ripe mango, and pineapple, with a back bone of citrus, this year's blend has a ton of tannin, and some real structure to keep you grounded. It’s both fruity and floral and just an absolute dreamboat of a summa sippa.
Wine was fermented naturally with ambient yeasts in a combination of stainless steel and neutral barrels. Blended together in tank with a pinch of SO2 before bottling.
