It has a golden yellow color. Intense and ample aromas on the nose in which fruity and floral, balsamic and mineral nuances stand out. Honey, chamomile and citrus fruits create a picture of great aroma and personality. The sip is smooth and slim, juicy and gentle, with a mineral-marine boost of great personality.
After manual harvesting, fermentation is spontaneous in the cellar with maceration on the skins for a few days. Aging in steel tanks continues for eight months Unfined/Unfiltered.
