Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price.

Payment must be completed at the time of order using approved payment methods available on the website.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability and does not constitute acceptance of the order until it is processed by our store.

6. Pickup Orders

Customers selecting in-store pickup must present:

Valid government-issued ID confirming they are 21 years of age or older
The payment card used for the order (if requested)

Orders not picked up within 7 days of the order date may be cancelled and refunded at the discretion of the store.

7. Delivery Policy

Where permitted by law, we may offer delivery services. The recipient must:

Be 21 years or older
Present valid government-issued identification
Be physically present to accept delivery

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the recipient appears intoxicated or cannot provide valid identification.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to alcohol regulations, all alcohol sales are final. Returns or exchanges may only be accepted for products that are:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrectly fulfilled

Any request for return or replacement must be made within 7 days of purchase.

9. Responsible Consumption

Customers are encouraged to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. We are not responsible for any misuse of products purchased from our store.

16. Corked or Defective Wine Policy

In the rare event that a bottle of wine is believed to be “corked” or otherwise defective, customers must notify the store within 7 days of purchase. The bottle must be returned with the remaining contents and original cork for inspection. Exchanges or store credit may be issued at the discretion of the store.

17. Abandoned Orders

Orders that are not picked up within 7 days may be considered abandoned. The store reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus any applicable processing or restocking fees.
