That classic pale pink/salmon hue that has come to define the rosés from Provence. This wine is wonderfully fresh and clean with jubilant, bright white flower notes, orange blossom and delicate red berries supported by just enough of a fine mineral edge and acid to make it perfectly, mouthwateringly refreshing. Fermented 20 days in temperature controlled tanks with indigenous yeast. Very low doses of SO2 are added and the wine is bottled in March without filtration. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
