Light and juicy red wine but with a lovely intensity of fresh fruit. Red cherry aromas with some darker fruit notes too followed by a savoury finish. A touch of CO2 and great acidity bring further freshness.
Organic Grolleau grapes were harvested by hand. 14 day whole bunch maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.
