Sete Bomba is a lively and aromatic Pet-Nat (Pétillant Naturel) made from the Ottonese grape, a rare indigenous variety from Lazio, Italy. This natural sparkling wine undergoes a short maceration of two days on the skins, followed by a secondary fermentation in the bottle, which gives it a distinctive, lightly bubbly character. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no sulfur addition.
