Fine mousse, with aromas of fresh apple, citrus, and white flowers, complemented by notes of toasted brioche or hazelnut from aging. The palate offers flavors of pear, lemon, and a distinct minerality, leading to a crisp, refreshing finish with notable acidity and a creamy texture.
All grapes are hand-harvested. Average élevage time is for nine months, in stainless steel and enamel tanks. Dosage approximately zero grams per liter.
