A golden-brass core in the glass. Aromas are led by mandarin blossom and Sicilian lemon peel wrapped in crushed limestone layers. The palate brings a symphony of flavors, from confected lemon to ginger and marzipan, carried on a luminous and cleansing acidity. A grand and incredibly seductive Champagne, delivering plenty of power.
From Chardonnay grown on a separate plot of very white chalk. This is the 2009 vintage and has been in bottle since June 2010. Disgorged in June of 2020. Eight g/l dosage.
