Bright black-cherry aromas mingle with boysenberry and dried cranberry. The palate is well integrated with a downstream of flavor that lands solidly and with a pleasing, measured delivery on the finish. Pair with duck breast, steak and grilled meats.
Direct-pressed, aged in 12 months in barriques. Unfined and Unfiletered. Minimal sulfur added at bottling.
