It is a bold, structured, and dry red with notes of dark berries, black plum, leather, and balsamic. The wine is characterized by high, vibrant acidity, firm tannins, and no added sulfur, offering a high-quality, long-lasting expression of Dolcetto.
Spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel tanks, with the exclusive use of wild yeasts, and prolonged maceration. It then matures for at least 15 months in a mix of old woods. Zero sulfur added.
