Color is light amber, nose is fresh cut flowers and flavor is deep while remaining delicate. notes of dried apricot, orange peel, and chamomile. It's also known for its satisfyingly savory yet fresh character with a pleasant tannic grip.
It undergoes 10 days of skin contact during fermentation, followed by aging in neutral oak barrels with minimal intervention, including low sulfites and no fining or filtration.
