Chardonnay
A native of Tain-Hermitage, at the beginning (2004), Renaud worked for other people, for Overnoy, and for Tissot. He collected four hectares of vines around Arbois, Pupillin, and Montigny. His winemaking is completely natural, with organic certification, no chemicals in the vines, no added yeast, and no sulfur whatsoever.
