Zesty and vibrant with peach and pear aromas and hints of jasmine and spice on the lightly grippy finish
All fruits are destemmed and vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. The Marina and Muscat are crushed and left on skins for 30 days, are then pressed and aged for 6 months in stainless steel. Unfiltered with zero added sulfur.
