2006 - Merlot It shows a dark, port-like density and concentration, without the sweetness. Ripe red fruits, autumnal mulchy note, wild herbs. The palate is rich and velvety, with plenty of power. The grapes macerate and ferment in oak vats for 30/60 days. They then age in used barriques for five years. Bottle aging depends on the vintage (average of five years). Unfined, unfiltered and no added sulphur. 500ml of winemaking genius.
