Earthy aromas of dried flowers. Medium-bodied, fresh and elegant, this is subtle yet nuanced with silky tannins. Love the harmony and subtlety in this wine. A blend of brancellao, caino redondo, souson, bastardo, zamarrica and around 3% dona branca.

 

The grapes are de-stemmed and co fermented in concrete tanks with native yeasts. Macerations can exceed 2 months with minimal working. After pressing, the juice settles in stainless steel for 6 months before trnsfer to old French foudre and used 500L barrels.
