Its nose is fresh with grassy red fruit and wet earth; its palate is elegant, structured and dark with velvety tannins. Be sure to decant this wine a good hour or two before enjoying it. This deep and complex wine is an absolute treasure and will only get better with age.
The grapes are destemmed and crushed. Fermentation is carried out traditionally in open-top wooden tanks with native yeasts and without using oenological additives. The wine is then aged in medium sized wooden barrels and finally remains in the bottle for 6 months before being released on the market.
