A lively pet nat! This is definitely for the natural wine lovers out there! Partida Creus really has the touch for raw wine. Lychee, yeast, fleshy stone fruit, earthy and salt all around. Quite heavy for a Pet Pat, think sour beer-ish. A tasty adventure, for any willing palates!
Hand picked grapes. Directly pressed, then fermenting in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. It finishes the fermentation in the bottle, on the lees for a minimum of 10 months. Unfined/Unfiltered. No added SO2
