The Classikaal is a new white pét-nat made from 55-year-old Olaszrizling and Tramini from P.A.N.K.'s native village of Köveskál. The wine is terroir-driven, with flavors like almond and marzipan. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in Speidel tank. Unfiltered, unfined and not disgorged, with zero sulfur added.
