The first of its kind to be made in the USA, Orchard Hill Ten66 Reserve is inspired by the typical Norman, French aperitif. It is named for the year of the Norman invasion of England (1066). This intense, rich and complex aperitif was bottled after 4 to 7 years barrel aging. It is a more concentrated and richer version of our original Ten66. Winner of the Good Foods Award this pommeau is a very special treat.
Description: following the Norman tradition, we use brandy distilled from our cider and aged in used french oak barrique to blend with our estate juice for extended aging
Appearance: rich tawny color, medium clarity, unfiltered
Flavor Profile: sweet rich and lingering on the palate, persistent and warming
Apple Varieties: Macintosh for brandy. For blending juice, varieties include: Empire, Northern Spy, Gold Rush, Cortland, Esopus Spitzenburg, Jonamac, Crispin, Jonagold, Ida Red, Macintosh, Golden Delicious

Ten66 Pommeau Reserve
I discovered this nectar of the gods back in 2016 (the original) and have been a huge fan ever since. It's a little on the pricey side (for me), but is worth every penny. This is by far the best apple wine I have ever had!! You can taste the love, care and craftsmanship in every sip. If you enjoy rich, full-bodied spirits with complex notes, you will definitely dig this. Treat yourself to this treasure - you won't be disappointed!
