2019 - 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc
Kosher. Lush dark fruit notes of spiced plum and blackberry, with hints of tobacco, and vanilla. Medium-bodied with a long, lingering finish. Tertiary notes of dried herbs and sandalwood.
After undergoing a slow cold fermentation process the wine is aged in French Oak for 14 months. No added SO2. Vegan.
