A textbook Nebbiolo, with a ruby-red color, a beautiful bouquet of violets and red fruits, with pleasant tannins and spice which recall the earth of the Langhe.
VITICULTURE: Hand-harvested in the first part of October from 15 to 20 year old vines.
VINIFICATION: Fermented in stainless steel.
AGING: Aged one year in large, neutral oak followed by at least a few months in the bottle before release.
