Juhfark is a native white-berried grape of Hungary. Superb example of this unique grape with floral, flint, and apple, notes. A beautiful combination of racy minerality and mild tannin for a cidery and expressive wine.

Winemaking: gentle press, 4 day maceration, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts
Aging: 24 months in used Hungarian barrels, 12 months in bottle
