Tendu refers to tension or poise and the winemaker wanted that character to define the wine. It is racy, zingy, and alive. It is a fresh, fun, delicious wine with aromas of ripe cherry and flavors of tart red fruit with a touch of fresh green herbs to give it depth. Fermented with native yeasts at cool temperatures in stainless steel then aged in neutral barrels for five months.
