Blend of biodynamically grown Chardonnay, Garganega, Glera and Trebbiano
Notes of white flowers, green apple, and citrus fruits on the nose, with a light and juicy palate balanced by crisp acidity and a lively, fruity finish.
The wine ferments with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks; ages for at least 6 months in the same fermentation containers, and it is bottled unfiltered with a small addition of sulfur.
