Great drinkability and freshness both in the aromas and on the palate for this delicate wine. Satin smooth, cherry and light licorice, hint of gravel and red earth.
The grapes are spontaneously fermented during a 30-day maceration in stainless steel. The wine then completes malo in stainless where it ages for 12 months before bottling with minimal sulfurs.
