100% Riesling
Aromas of lemon, with fine mineral notes, evolving with air toward mandarin and pink grapefruit. The palate is dynamic and refreshing, with a beautiful suppleness that finishes with orange peel and stone.
Marcel Deiss Riesling comes from two different vineyards on the estate. One has soil with a filtering limestone surface and the other has sandy soil that is barely fertile and very dry. They practice organic and biodynamic agriculture (Ecocert and Demeter Certificate). The harvest is carried out manually and early to maintain good levels of acidity.
