Medium-bodied red wine with bright red fruit notes like cherry and raspberry, balanced by subtle herbaceous and mineral notes. On the palate, it's smooth and easy to drink with good acidity, moderate tannins, and hints of spice like white pepper and touches of earthy forest floor. It is known for its vibrant, fresh character, often described as being both "serious" and "accessible".
Foot tread in small tubs. Racked into concrete tanks and aged for 4-6 moths. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
