Tart red berry fruit, silky tannins, medium bodied, zingy acidity, will appeal to fans of low-fuss red wines! Natural vinification without addition of sulfur: indigenous yeasts, no enzymes, nothing added except grapes. Co-fermentation in infusion for 3 weeks of destemmed Grenache, Vermentino and Carignan. 100% MLF. Unfiltered. Vinification and aging in stainless steel tank.
