The first scents are floral in character, accompanied by a touch of ripe pear, honey and verbena, but aeration reveals both salty and iodine notes. On the palate, tense and ethereal Muscadet with bright acidity and a fresh, delicate finish.
Fermented using native yeast. After resting on the lees over the winter in concrete and glass vats, the wine is siphoned off without stirring or filtering beforehand, using only gravity, in the spring following each harvest
