100% Cencibel (Tempranillo)
This light-bodied Spanish red comes from organic, 50 year old vineyards outside Toledo in the region of Tierra de Castilla. Spontaneous whole cluster fermentation in a small stainless steel tank. The cheeky name and label refer to the threat the local rabbits pose to the vineyards!
Bright and juicy, with notes of plum, cinnamon stick, black cherry and red currant counter-balanced with crisp tannin, clove and spice on the finish.
