Cinsault, Carignan Noir, Grenache Noir, Syrah
Aromas of red fruits, on the palate it is silky with plenty of depth.
Cinsault, three week whole bunch in fibreglass, Carignan Noir, two week de-stemmed in fibreglass, co-fermentation for Grenache Noir and Syrah, whole bunch for three weeks in fibreglass. Once dry, the Syrah and Grenache are aged together for 10 months - 60% in fibreglass and 40% in demi-muid. Exactly the same ageing for 10 months for Cinsault and Carignan, but in barrel instead of demi-muid. Blended August 2023 then put into fibreglass until bottling.
