Ruby red in the glass, the wine smells of fresh cherries paired with a hint of plum. The acidity is electrifying in the mouth, and the wine is so fresh that it's hard to put down. Subtle notes of green pepper, a hint of cassis, and a colorful bouquet of red fruits
Hand harvest mid-September 2019. Whole bunch maceration in fibreglass tanks for 10 days with juice drained off every day. Pressed over 4 hours and blended with the free run juice. One third aged in neutral barrel for nine months, the rest in fibreglass. Blended May 2020 and fibreglass tank until bottling in July 2020.
