100% Pinot Noir
The richest of the three vintages with riper fruit, additional spice and more body. The wine still finishes with lift and showcases the age ability of this premier cru.
Farmed without herbicides and pesticides; hand harvested with careful triage in the vineyards and again in the cellar. 70% whole cluster fermentation, 15 day cuvaison with 5-7 punch downs per day and sporadic pump overs. Following pressing, the wine settles two weeks in tank before being transferred to barrel.
