100% Pinot Noir
Aromas of red-fruit, spice and a hint of mint, followed by crunchy red fruit and loads of energy on the palate. A charming Pinot and super value in this vintage.
60% whole cluster fermentation, 15-day cuvaison with 5-7 punch downs per day and sporadic pump overs. Following pressing, the wine settles two weeks in barrel before being transferred for aging. Aged 13 months in 30% new barrels and 70% 1–5-year-old barrels, followed by a minimum of 3 months in tank prior to bottling without fining or filtration.
