Fresh and vibrant natural Chardonnay with a lively, easy-drinking style. Aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and white peach lead into a palate showing citrus, crisp pear, and light orchard fruit. Subtle notes of almond, wet stone, and gentle lees texture add depth. The finish is clean, energetic, and slightly saline, with bright acidity that keeps the wine refreshing and food-friendly.
Certified organic Chardonnay planted in 1979 on clay-limestone slopes of the Coteaux de Montfleury. Slow basket press into fibreglass. After fermentation, transferred to demi-muid for nine months on lees until bottling in June 2024. No filtering, fining, or added SO2
