As always this delicate wine is a gorgeous shade of pink and gentle scents of flowers and minerals make for an incredibly compelling drink. Funky, tart, yeasty and raw liter of incredibly refreshing wine.
Made from young and old vines. A gentle maceration of Aleatico, Sangiovese, Merlot and Procanico pressed off to vat for a short élevage. Unfined/Unfiltered. No SO2 added.
