A cloudy, vibrant white wine with just the right amount of citrus and spice. Bright acidity and blinding freshness join up with rich and crunchy fruit: pomelo and basil sherbet with verbena, mango and salted starfruit.
It spends a couple of days on skins and sees a short élevage of around nine months in fiberglass vats. Unfined/Unfiltered. No added SO2.
