Notes of apricot, pear, mixed citrus, and slate, with a palate featuring browning apples, lime zest, and ginger spice. It is a complex, aromatic orange wine with a balanced body, good acidity, and a refreshing finish. The wine has a light orange color and can be paired with rich dishes or mature cheeses.
Macerated on Muscat of Alexandria skins. This allows you to make tense, salty, smooth, and very aromatic whites. Muscat is incorporated to add character of white flesh fruits.
