Really one of the most delightful roses I've had in ages. Elderberry, mineral, crystalline, strawberry on the nose. Fruity, light, and nice acidity. Beautiful light red color. Juicy and fresh. Would enjoy more acid. Tasty. Fresh and actually. Delicious, full yet very drinkable rosé. Balanced. Dry.
