100% Fiano Minutolo
Dry, and fresh white wine with notes of white flowers, citrus fruit, and minerality. It also exhibits hints of the sea, lemon, and flintiness, along with floral and fruity aromas, including honey and hay.
With biodynamic farming taken from Rudolf Steiner’s teachings, this Fiano used native yeasts for its fermentation, extending its expression of terroir. The juice macerates on its skins for 6-7 days classifying it as an orange wine. It also undergoes 5-6 months of ageing in steel tanks on its lees. This is a wine of expression, yet it’s soft and fresh.
