Ripe black cherry and raspberry flavors with a bit of puckery cranberry and just a touch or barnyardy funk open up in this vibrant, grippy red that pairs perfectly with Merguez, Cassoulet, Seven Bean Stew or strong cheeses.
First passing of Syrah is direct-pressed, the second passing is de-stemmed and sees six days of maceration. The Grenache and Carignan are harvested later, and fermented separately.
