A thought provoking style of a light red. It boasts notes of candied cherries and cranberries, wet forest floor, balsamic vinegar and mushroom. A very dynamic and fun "atypical" red burgundy. Light body with medium acidity. Hand picked. 24 hours in vats and then in foudre on the lees for 8 months.
