80% Red Grenache and 20% Samsó (Carignan).
Made from Garnacha, Samsó (Cariñena), Syrah and a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon, grown on llicorella (slate) and decomposed granite soils. Vines average between 30 and 50 years old. Aging is 50% in light-toast French oak and 50% in lined concrete. Volador is the pure essence of fruit, of Garnacha, of Montsant.
Volador is characterized by its freshness and intensity of fruit, especially red fruits such as strawberries and cherries. Floral, licorice and pepper notes complement its aromatic range. It is a round, pleasant, persistent, delicate, and pure wine, and with very good acidity that makes us salivate and want to take another sip.
