2020 - Trousseau Gris
Laide translates loosely to Pretty-Ugly, a French term of endearment to describe something that is unconventionally beautiful, a dogma that is applied to each cuvée.

100% Trousseau Gris sourced from the 100 year old, dry-farmed Fannuchi-Wood Road Vineyard in the Russian River Valley AVA. Grapes are foot crushed and left to macerate whole cluster for about three days. This short amount of skin contact provides some texture and a light rosy hue to the wine. 6 month maturation in neutral barrels.12-25ppm added SO2 depending on vintage and cuvée.
